Southern Steel in Waynesboro VA called us to provide a solution for their $400,000 Trumpf Laser Metal Cutter's Cooling System Repair. They refer to this Laser Metal Cutter as 'the heart of our business!' We know how to fix Refrigeration Systems so fixing this laser's cooling system was a snap!
When this Waynesboro Mexican Restaurant closed during the COVID endemic, The owner's, Paul's Rentals, decided to have a pitched roof installed to replace the leaky flat roof. However upon doing so, the Waynesboro Code Inspector required them to install a Fixed Ladder for Safe Roof Access. So we welded one up and painted it- All In-House!!! Then, we installed it.
Over the Winter off 2021-2022, a Seven11 was installed in Fishersville next door to Sheetz at I-64's exit 91, and we installed all of the four refrigerator and freezer cases as well as the Beer Cave, Three Hoshizaki Ice Makers, Three Reach-In Display Freezers, Two Slurpee Machines, Two Soda Pop Machines, and a Lemonade Dispensers. We also installed all of the mechanical refrigeration components to go with each system including the the Evaporators, Condensers, Line Sets, High and Low Voltaqe Electrical, LED Lighting, and Electro-magnetic Door Closure Mechanisms.
By the way, they also asked us to provide all of the Wire Shelving Installation.
